Engine and Performance Enhancements
Engine | Single-Cylinder, 4Stroke, Liquid-Cooled |
Displacement | 334cc |
Power | 29.1 BHP |

The updated Yezdi Adventure features significant improvements to its engine and exhaust system. The exhaust header is now centrally routed, and the coolant flow has been optimized to improve heat management. Despite a slight decrease in power to 29 BHP (down by 0.69 BHP), the torque remains steady at 29.8 Nm. The engine, a 334cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled unit, is paired with a 6-speed gearbox. The company claims that these changes have improved the refinement and durability of the engine.
Design and Weight Improvements
The bike has also seen notable design changes. The bulky tank rails of the previous model have been replaced with a sleeker system that runs along the sides of the fuel tank. Additionally, the bash plate has been redesigned with an integrated sump guard. The coolant reservoir is now mounted behind the airbox, and the bike’s overall weight has been reduced by 5 kg, contributing to better handling and maneuverability.
Four colour options are available for the updated Yezdi Adventure and here’s the pricing:
Colour Options | Price (ex-showroom) |
---|---|
Tornado Black | Rs 2.10 L |
Magnite Maroon | Rs 2.13 L |
Wolf Grey | Rs 2.16 L |
Glacier White | Rs 2.20 L |
Except for the Tornado Black, the other colours are dual-tone options. These enhancements make the Yezdi Adventure a more refined and appealing choice for adventure biking enthusiasts.
Our Review
The adventure bike has undergone significant revisions, including reductions in weight and power. It’s yet to be seen how these changes will resonate with bike enthusiasts and impact their riding experience. While it might still provide a similar experience, its competition with models like the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure, and Suzuki V-Storm SX will be a crucial factor to watch.
